Diaper Incentive Program

If you participate in a MIHP program and are a Priority Health member you can get two free bags of diapers for attending your postpartum visit. All you have to do is pick a size and diapers will be delivered to you. Priority Health is partnering with J&B Medical Supply to deliver diapers to its members, J&B will call members to set up deliveries. Members who can not be reached by phone will get a postcard in the mail.

McLaren Health Plan Community and Medicaid Moms

McLaren Health Plan is offering an opportunity to receive a free $50 box of diapers. This is open to eligible MHP Community and Medicaidmoms who receive their postpartum exam within 7-84 days after delivery. After your exam is complete contact customer service by form or by phone at 888-327-0671 and notify them of your postpartum visit.
